Final Scores for 5 week Seeding

Regular League will begin Wednesday, June 26, 2002 at Forest lawn and will continue every 
second week for 8 (or 9) weeks.  The best 5 out of 8 (?) scores will determain your final score.

Week 1 - June 26 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm
Week 2 - July 10 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm
Week 3 - July 24 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm
Week 4 - August 7 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm
Week 5 - August 21 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm
Week 6 - September 4 - Forest Lawn - 6:00 pm
Week 7 - September 18 - Forest Lawn - 6:00 pm
Week 8 - October 2 - Forest Lawn - 6:00 pm
Week 9 - October 19 (Saturday) - Centenary Park - 10:00 am

 
Last year, we paid out cash to pro, open, and novice players! And we'd like to do so again!
This year, we're running on Wednesdays.  Cost for Seeding is again $20.00 (plus you 
MUST be a CDGA member).  Seeding is 5 Wednesdays, your best three scores will be used to 
determine your placement into regular league play (Tiers A,B annd C).  Once regular league 
play starts, you will play within your tier with your peers for CASH!  The cost for regular 
league play will be $8.00/week.  You will receive a discount if you pay for all weeks in 
advance.

Our first seeding night will be Wednesday, May 15th at Forest Lawn Disc golf Course.

Seeding (5 weeks of play):

Cost for seeding: $20.00 (inclusive)

Week 1: Wednesday, May 15, 2002 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm

Week 2: Wednesday, May 22, 2002 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm - snowed out

Week 2: Wednesday, May 29, 2002 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm

Week 3: Wednesday, June 5, 2002 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm

Week 4: Wednesday, June 12, 2002 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm

Week 5: Wednesday, June 19, 2002 - Forest Lawn - 6:30 pm

All disc golfers will play in one division for Seeding. Points will be

awarded each week as follows:

There will be a base of 50 points for the winner...so if 5 people show up, the person who comes in last will get 45 points regardless of thier score.

The points from a disc golfer's three best games will be used to determine

seeding, the points from a disc golfer's two worst games will be discarded.

This will allow for late players in seeding, bad golf days, and dates missed

due to prior commitments.

Tournament rules will be in effect throughout seeding and league

play...for example, foot fouls, use of marker discs, etc.
