The event will be held on the same day as the Parkland AutumnFest, which means we will have food (Hamburgers, Hotdogs and BEER) and live music (The Joe-Defendants) during the day. 

The Parkland Cup (Parkland Residents Only) will be held in the morning before the Ace Race.

9:30-10:30 – Check-in and get your packages

~ 1:00 - BBQ – Hamburgers, etc etc ($5)

~2:00 -  Random Doubles match

Course will be set up on Saturday morning so you will have a quick chance to see the holes.

 
 
REGISTRATION -

The online registration will reserve your package in the Ace Race.

The cost is $25/package if registered before Sept 10th.

Players packages will be ordered on September 10th based on the number of registrations. 

Any package requests after September 10th will be $30/package from a very limited amount of extras I will order.

Packages also available to registered non-players. (you don't have to play, but it will be a blast!) 
You may also request multiple packages.

You do not need to pay before Sept 10th to reserve you package, although payment before the event is  appreciated.

Rules of play:
Players are required to use the player package discs, and only these discs. If a disc is lost, the player has the option of using the second disc from the package. Only one throw per player per hole. Groups of up to eight players are generally acceptable, depending on course, time of day and TD discretion. Each player should have their own scorecard and mark "A" for aces and "M" for holes on which they hit metal.

After all players in the group have thrown, discs are picked up and the group moves directly to the next tee. Players keep their scorecards for round two, using the next line on the card to record the round.

The player with the most aces after 36 holes is declared the winner. In case of ties, the number of metal hits is used as a tie breaker. If a tie persists, a closest to the pin contest is then held to determine the event winner.

Prize package:
Grand prize is a Discraft merchandise package valued at or above $300. Events are also encouraged to offer an optional cash side pot for those who wish to participate, which is divided proportionally among the number of aces and/or metal hits.
